| Loteria, a traditional Mexican game, is similar to what is widely known as Bingo. Sheets are handed out that contain 16 out of a reservoir of typically 54 images. An announcer then proceeds to proclaim the images chosen by random. But it's not done by just saying the card's name and number, Loteria announcers, or Loteria poets as they are called take great pride in the art of metaphorically describing the image that was chosen. | |
